Q: Have invitations been sent?
A: As of now (July), invitations have not yet been mailed. You can expect to see a physical invitation in your mailbox by the start of August with an RSVP request by mid/end-August.

Q: Is my significant other/children/date invited?
A: Yes. Your significant other, immediate family (including children) or a plus one is included with your invitation. We hope that since this is a destination for most of our guests, you will be able to spend extra time in the beautiful surrounding area with your loved ones. Since our venue cannot accommodate a larger group than what we have invited, we cannot extend additional invitations at this time. If you'd like to request an additional invitation (maybe mom wants to come and help with the kids?), please reach out and we'll do our very best to accommodate.

Q: Speaking of children, how many kids are invited? Will this be a kid-fest?
A: Many of our close friends and family have children and, yes, they do make up a good portion (about 1/3) of our guest list. While we plan to have kid-friendly activities, we also hope to celebrate as adults do- with drinks and dancing! In the case that you want to bring your kids but would like a night out on the town, there are babysitting services available in Whitefish and we'd love to help you connect with a local sitter so that you can enjoy yourself without worry. Q: What will the weather be like? Are the wedding events indoors or outdoors?
A: While we can't anticipate the exact weather forecast, general temperatures in Whitefish in early October is highs in the high-50's and low-60's and low temperatures in the high-30's and low-40's. Think "crisp fall weather" and you'll be set. Wedding events are planned to be in a covered pavilion with walls and heaters (if necessary) with an outdoor ceremony on the lawn. In the case of inclement weather, we will move all activities indoors. Your comfort is most important to us.

Q: Is there parking available on-site?
A: Parking and valet options are available on-site as well as shuttle services offered from Firebrand Hotel in Downtown Whitefish. If you are planning to consume any alcohol, we encourage you to take advantage of onsite accommodations, ride-sharing, or free transportation.

Q: What happens if I have dietary restrictions?
A: Please reach out to us if you have any dietary restrictions and we will happily accommodate your needs.

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Due to the formality of our event, we are requesting "cowboy cocktail" attire (i.e.: cocktail attire with a more casual spin). You can find additional information and attire suggestions here.

Q: Is there a gift registry?
A: No. We appreciate the thought and gesture of a gift but your presence on our wedding day is more than enough of a gift to us. If you feel so inclined, we kindly ask that you gift yourself with an experience during your stay in Whitefish and send us a photo!
